ZINCFORM® steel
ZINCFORM® steel products provide a range of thicknesses, guaranteed minimum yield strength and excellent weldability performance for roll-formed structural sections.
BlueScope Steel's ZINCFORM® steel products are a series of hot dipped zinc-coated structural steels with spangeled surface, guaranteed minimum yield strength, good ductility suitable for rollforming with minimum internal diameter and sever rollforming. All ZINCFORM® steel products adhere to the Australian Standard 1365.
The series of products include
ZINCFORM® G250 and G250S
- Guaranteed minimum yield strength of 250MPa
- Thickness range from greater than 0.8mm and 3.2mm
- The ZINCFORM G250S is a skinpassed improved surface quality with product only available upto 2mm thick.
- Z275 is the normal coating class, Z200, Z450 and Z600 are optional
- Passavated surface treatment
- Class A tolerance
- Excellent Bending, Roll-forming, welding and painting (pretreatment) fabricating performance
ZINCFORM® G300 and G300S
- Guaranteed minimum yield strength of 300MPa
- Thickness range from greater than 0.3mm and 2.9mm
- The ZINCFORM G300S is a skinpassed improved surface quality with product only available upto 1.6mm thick.
- Z275 is the normal coating class, Z200, Z450 > 0.35 and Z600 > 0.40 are optional
- Passavated surface treatment
- Class A tolerance
- Excellent Bending, Roll-forming, welding and painting (pretreatment) fabricating performance
ZINCFORM® G350
- Guaranteed minimum yield strength of 350MPa
- Thickness range from greater than 0.4mm and 1.0mm
- The ZINCFORM G300S is a skinpassed improved surface quality with product only available upto 1.6mm thick.
- Z275 is the normal coating class, Z200, Z450 > 0.35 and Z600& > 0.40 are optional
- Passavated surface treatment
- Class A tolerance
